This wine was made from Merlot grapes from the Manara vineyard located in the Northern Galilee. Matured in barriques for 16 months. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs and spices come into their own in the bouquet, with a long lasting finish. Particularly recommended with beef, Italian cuisine and spicy cheese.
